2. Valero route for runs is: Valero-Dela Costa-Tordesillas-Toledo-Leviste-Valero @1.2km per round.
3. Ramps on Wednesdays will be done only for maintenance.
4. Warm-up exercises 15-20mins (stretching/cardio/aero).
5. Cool-down exercises 15mins (abs/stretching).
